We need more women in leadership positions – will you be next?
Here at Volvo Cars, diversity and inclusion are essential parts of our culture and inform everything we do. We design cars that are safe for everyone. As part of that, one of our goals is to have more women in leadership positions. That's why we're launching the Volvo Cars Female Mentor Programme - to inspire and support our future female leaders. We believe our female mentorship programme will empower our female colleagues and help Volvo Cars become a more gender-balanced workplace.
What is the Female Mentor Programme?
This six-month programme connects senior female leaders within the organisation – the mentors – with our female potential future leaders.
The programme gives you the opportunity to participate in events and workshops where you can develop professionally and personally. You'll also receive coaching through one-to-one sessions with your mentor.
Who are we looking for?
We welcome female and non-binary participants from our entire organisation.
