Change in Uptime leadership
With Nicolas at the helm since 2018, Uptime has been on a rapid growth journey. The customer-facing operations play an instrumental role in the commercial transformation of our company. Presently, Uptime covers all regions with contact centres in Central Europe, UK, Nordics, Americas and China.
After shaping the foundation for Uptime’s ability to enable, encourage and energise the consumer journey, Nicolas is now moving on to new challenges within Volvo Cars.
“Nicolas has done a brilliant job in building a strong global team, and from a consumer relationship perspective, driving our aim to deliver a top-notch experience at every single touchpoint with our brand,” says Lex Kerssemakers, our head of Global Commercial Operations.
Lex continues: “In his new role, Nicolas will lead a strategic initiative on behalf of the EMT, whilst continuing reporting to me. We’ll be able to share the details of his new assignment later in the spring.”
As a member of Telia Company’s Swedish management team, Sandra Alenius has been leading the Customer Service Delivery unit, with focus on creating an effortless customer experience. She came to Telia in 2019 after six years as Vice President for the service centre of the global payments and shopping service provider Klarna.
“Sandra has extensive experience from driving customer facing operations and making the consumer experience a true differentiator. Her strong track record in building and leading teams in transformation will help us elevate Uptime to the next level. We’re very happy to have her onboard,” says Lex Kerssemakers.
